Trek Bicycle Murfreesboro

Had service done over the holidays. I saw all these reviews of how great the service tech was (pretty sure it was Steve, but I'm old), and he did not disappoint. Made necessary repairs provided a lot of feedback on what led to the problem and returned my bike looking better than brand new. I can't say enough good things about my experience with everyone who worked there and the professionalism I experienced.

Natalia was wonderful helping me select a new electric bike. When it arrived she spent a good deal of time helping me get it set up and explaining how to keep it maintained. I like the fact that they included a free tune-up for one year.

This place lives up to it's reviews. Awesome service and shop. I had a bike fit done here and I'm so happy that I did, absolutely worth it. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a bike shop in a heart beat.

Awesome customer service. I highly recommend them for all your bicycle needs. I had a tricycle that I needed repairs on and help putting back together. These guys went above and beyond helping me get it fixed so I could give to my grandson! Extremely friendly and helpful.

I should have taken a before picture! This is a shop of miracle workers. I absolutely love my bike and after 15 years of use and abuse it was in pretty bad shape. I did their level 2 service and the bike looks and rides like it did brand-new. The staff is really friendly, professional and personable. The whole store has a great vibe which I highly recommend.
