We are touring from Baton Rouge, LA to Massachusetts and on day 12 I needed a bike repair and Tony (owner) at 5 Rivers Bike Shop in Morristown, TN was there to the rescue. I'm today's world it is often difficult to remember that businesses use to thrive at being truly customer service oriented. It's even harder to find one that still does. A great experience with 5 Rivers Bike Shop. Purchased two Aventon Aventure 2's, and they went above and beyond. Super customer service and a fully stocked shop. Very happy! They are now my go-to shop!
