Explore Bike Share has been a great experience for me. I have been an annual member for 3 years in Memphis and always feel it’s well worth it. On the rare times there are issues with BBC a bike or account, the customer service is excellent. Please support community biking and give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a very pleasant experience with customer service. I visited Memphis and rented an Ebike for 3 days to ride to work. It is a great way to explore a city. I rode it to Liberty Park and unfortunately there was not a return station there.
