Big Cove E-Cycles TN

My wife and I both recently purchased Ocelot Pro E-Cycles from Kevin Hall at Big Cove E-Cycles. We were thrilled with the amazing customer service Kevin provided. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we tried out different bikes and bombarded him with questions since we are first time E-Cycle riders. We have ridden our bikes every day since our purchase and are extremely satisfied. These bikes really perform. We highly recommend Kevin and Big Cove E-Cycles.

I love my new e-bike. Kevin was so informative, and he responded patiently no matter how many questions I had. He put the e-bikes together and delivered them to my home. Not happy at all with this guy!!!! I called him for a simple repair on my kids E Bike , his response was that he wasn't interested in helping me!! He went on to say that he only services what he sells.....Not a very "Customer Service" friendly way to do business

Recently purchased an E-Cycle from Big Cove E-Cycles Tn. First time ever riding one but Kevin was detailed in his instructions so I quickly was riding my bike with confidence. At 70 yr young I have a new outlet to get outside and enjoy nature . I feel so happy riding a bike again that helps out if my body gives out first. Keep living the dream! Thanks Kevin for your help.
