Hurricane Cycles - Farragut

I used to come here before it was officially hurricane cycles and also went while ownership was being transferred and I would deal with the older heavy set mechanic. I Purchased two e-bikes from Hurricane cycles a Aventon and a Velotric e-bike and I’m very pleased with them and Andrew and his team was very professional, very helpful and knowledgeable when I was shopping for a new bike and I highly recommend them for your next bike purchase. And have recently Had several friends purchase from Andrew and they also was very impressed by their purchase.

Very nice bike shop in the heart of Farragut. You can tell the owner and his associates care about their customers, even new/less experienced enthusiasts. They recently went above and beyond to remedy a warranty issue in order to keep us from being without a bike for several weeks, which was greatly appreciated. Oh, and their newly opened coffee shop has amazing pastries!

First time visiting, and I had some derailleur issues. Requested them take a look at it to see if it was an easy fix, and they did immediately! Andrew and Hunter were both great, not only recognizing I had a need for a new cable to help my shifting issues, they knocked it out immediately. I appreciated the atmosphere, no pressure to be a high-end cyclist, just a normal customer that enjoys riding bikes. Would highly recommend!

Andrew and Hunter were great. They fixed our 3 bikes quick and for a great price. Very friendly and you can even get coffee there while you wait.
