I called John looking for a Veloctric cargo bike. He did not have one in stock but said he would make some calls. I had making calls so I didn't think he would be able to come through. A couple of days later, John located the bike I was looking for, and if I was interested, he had also worked out delivery - at no charge. The bike was delivered as promised and everything was great.

My wife and I purchased two eBikes from Chatt eBikes for our Christmas gifts to each other. John was so informative, and yet chill and patient with us. It was worth the drive from Nashville to deal with such a great company, and we love our new bikes!! Thanks John.

This will be the most relaxing experience with new bike technology you could possibly hope for. No pressure browsing and test riding. Great music, bike knowledge, and massive selection in stock ( not opposed to ordering though). I’m the very happy owner of a Zen Photon that has made the rolling Chattanooga terrain a mole hill. Me and the wifey were thinking about getting into the E bike World, was visiting Chattanooga, and saw this place and thought we would check it out, long story short, we walked out with $4500 worth of e bikes, and it was worth every penny!! John and Clark, walked us through the basics and explained everything!
