REI Bike Shop

Great customer service and very friendly staff. I recently bought a used mountain bike that needed a new back tire tube. I came in around noon on a monday and it was taken care of in only 10 minutes. Also had a couple random questions that they took the time to answer. Plus their pricing is very reasonable, which is odd to say about REI. Will be back to have a tune up at some point.

Went to REI Brentwood, TN this afternoon to buy shoes and slides. Shoe department was busy with multiple families needing assistance. "Sam" assisted me. Excellent and thoughtful customer service and engagement. He was able to quickly and effectively answer my questions and provide the correct items I needed. Checked back with me after I tried all on. I shock his hand and thanked him. Job well done. I hope his supervisor and HR people read this.

Great experience, thanks to Joe. Needed to replace a bike, associate easily ran through the options, explained tire size, trail vs road, checked the bike over before purchase was finalized, and gave me a basic bike info session. Not too long, not too short and left with what I needed. Cannondale Trail 6

Took my Rad bike in for a pedal repair. Simple Fix but the associate out front said they don’t work on e-bikes and they don’t have any technicians right now and told me to go to Franklin Bike shop. Wasted trip. Guy was zero help.

Tremendous service. Fair price, fixed it while I waited. The best recreational store of all time, so it's easy to shop while you wait. Thanks REI.
