As an avid cyclist visiting Saskatoon from Toronto over the holidays, I was thrilled to discover Bike Doctor! They apologized sincerely for the way I was treated and assured me that this is not the kind of service they want their customers to experience. I went in thinking that my cables and housing will be replaced along with everything else listed on your service description for The Works, which makes sense in my mind as it advertised as if it's a whole bike rebuild. It said, "Replace & reroute all cables and housing", which clearly was optional after receiving my bike and being told it was not done because it was deemed unnecessary.
