Wow, what great customer service. Dylan spent two hours with us helping us decide which E bike to purchase. We rode four different E bikes, and rode through the city Park deciding which one fit us the best. Once we decided which bikes fit us best, Dylan set up a time on Sunday his day off to meet us at his store to help us set up the new rack on our camper and then helped us fit the new bikes to the new bike rack. Friendly, knowledgeable, nice shop, good prices. We were passing through town on vacation, wanted to ride a day here in spearfish but the rear hub on my Levo seized up. Chris fit us in first thing in the morning and got my bike rolling in quick order!

Contacted TWD in a bind and on the road with a brake issue. They got me in and out in just over an hour and now I can hit the local trails. Not a big shop, but a great service area, good selection of bikes for all abilities, gear, accessories, etc. Friendly and helpful.

The best thing about this bike shop is their exceptional friendliness. Even if you’re not knowledgeable about bikes, their warm atmosphere makes you feel right at home, almost inspiring you to switch careers to become a bike technician just to be part of such a welcoming environment. They never pressure you into making a purchase and are always willing to explain bike repairs and maintenance. I've never waited long on turnaround time either.
