Short story long, about a year ago I found myself looking everywhere for a very specific frame/fork that had just been discontinued. *Online Purchase* Saved up a while for this purchase and was looking forward for my first snowboard. The top sheet of the board came in damaged due to negligence of UPS. My reasoning of being upset with this purchase is because the packaging of the board. The board was placed in a box (made of two separate boxes) with no padding or protection inside so the board was sliding freely inside the box.
