I highly recommend these guys. I brought in two different bikes today and Caleb fixed both of them immediately. I'm sure its not always so, lots of business and such, but I was really impressed with the quickness of service, but also the friendliness as well. They're great, highly recommend!

I’m genuinely disappointed by the experience I had with this business. I called with a straightforward question, hoping for a helpful conversation, but was instead met with hostility. The person on the phone interrupted me repeatedly, spoke in an unprofessional and dismissive tone, and finally said, “Why don’t you just do it yourself if it’s easy,” before abruptly hanging up. Excellent bike shop that will take care of any maintenance or request you're looking for. Wish I lived closer otherwise I'd be here all the time! Tons of used and new parts and bikes. Shops like these are rare so definitely stop in!

Bluestem is everything you could ever want from a bike shop and more! Caleb is knowledgeable and honest - providing explanations for his recommendations that make sense. The shop also supports local artists and musicians with spaces to meet other cyclists. I’d recommend this shop to anyone, especially those who are touring, as the work was timely and the staff provided excellent recommendations for things to do locally.

Its one of the most well equipped and knowledgable bike shops I've been to. I always enjoy chatting with the staff. They are always welcoming, skillful, and modestly priced. I have gone there for many years and continue to even being in Sioux Falls because they just do quality stuff. It's just one of those gems of a store, and honestly just what I was looking for in a bike shop.
