Trek Bicycle Warwick

So pleased with the service, quick turnaround and kind/professional staff. My kiddo’s bike needed a few repairs (new chain, brake repair & a tire fix) - all done so fast and at a reasonable price. Already telling my friends & family to send their bikes to Trek for service, it was a great experience and soooo easy, just brought it right in & it was ready the next day!

A little about me for context- I'm a mild bicycle hobbyist on a budget. I might take 4-10 longer rides in a year. In my life I have mostly gotten my bikes from secondhand sources and have done what I could with basic mechanical skill to maintain and repair them as I could. Best bike shop in the area! Feel of a family shop that cares about you, while being one of the largest successful company bike companies in the world. Love this staff and how helpful they are. Have been here to see Matt and Mike and the crew to help customers with bike issues. They team is friendly and provides quick turnaround. Love the location too!

I had a great experience at the Trek Bike Store in Warwick thanks to Jimmy! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on bikes without making me feel overwhelmed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit. Super friendly, patient, and easy to talk to — an all-around good guy.
