Ten Speed Spokes

In October 2025, I was heading to our home in Southern Florida for the winter. The boss (my wife) gave me the go ahead to look for an upgrade of my road bike. I was looking for a specific Specialized model and the only local bike shop who had my size and model was Ten Spokes. I spoke with the owner, Tom Kearns who was professional and accommodating. These guys are awesome. Came to newport on an overnight and an itinerary centered around our tandem bike. Both tubes blew up on the way over from the sun expanding the tire pressure. They fixed both wheels for us and we were back in business in 20 minutes on a day that is busy for them. They were very nice as well. Highly recommend.

My experience here today was amazing. Great service, friendly, and super simple to get in and out during quarantine times, even though they were busy. 100% will be a returning customer for bike maintenance. Also the hours are quite frankly unheard of for a bike shop. 10/10.

We had problems with the tires of a bicycle we bought for our little son and they repaired it in less than 5 minutes, excellent service.

Staff is wicked friendly and patient. They bailed me out big time when I needed a couple quick fixes, I can't say how grateful I am for the excellent and speedy service.
