Ben was terrific. He was there and plenty of time before the first ferry.. His instructions were great and the bike was simple to use. His prices were beyond fair. I’ve been to Block Island many times but with the E bike I was able to see hidden gems that I could not have gone to on a moped or a regular bicycle. Highly recommend Ben’s shop for this experience. We were all first timers in RI and on e-bikes. Ben was patient, informative, professional, and one of the friendliest and most genuine people we had the pleasure of meeting. The bikes are top-notch. We toured block island for a solid 7 hours with plenty of battery to spare. Ben checked in on us throughout the day and gave us many tips for a successful trip. Ben made it very easy for us to rent the e-bikes. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant experience, from pickup to drop-off. He offers different styles of e-bikes, ranging from small models to heavy-duty off-road ones. Ben is a very pleasant and enterprising young man, I wish him lots of luck with his business.

Ben is top notch. My 19 year old son and 16 year old daughter told me one of the best vacations ever was ebiking Block Island. Hills were too steep for regular bikes for us. Best way to see the island! Ben checked on us during the trip to make sure we were okay. Excellent communication and responsive to all questions. Bikes were excellent. 5 stars! You won't regret regret renting bikes through Ben. Cheaper than renting mopeds.

Great place to rent awesome e-bikes. My husband and I spent the day at Block Island and it was just the absolute best time ever thanks to the wonderful owner Ben and his e-bikes. They are brand new and in great condition, the battery lasts forever, they are super fun to ride, and made getting around the island quite easy.
