Aviva Electric Bikes

So they delete bad reviews! Charged my bf 700 to fix brakes then said other things were broken which they weren’t. Took 4 months to fix and wouldn’t even return the calls. Guess what that bike still is not driving correctly. What a waste of money. Find another business to go to. I’ll keep writing reviews as long as they keep deleting them. No one has only 5 star reviews

This place is the best! This is the only Electric Bike store I will make a purchase from. AAA+++ customer service with great prices!!! Mike is knowledgeable and resourceful and goes above and beyond for his customers. Aviva Bikes came to my daughter’s rescue when she needed a last minute repair. Customer for life!!

I was on a live heard a convo Michael was very disrespectful belittling and also condescendent to a man just asking a question about repairs once he found out he was on a live he hung up wouldn't pick back up I'm sure it post on a social media and you shouldn't support a person like that at all

I have had my Aviva e-bike for 22 months as of today. I fell in love with it at a Bike Fest at The Met School in 2015. My bike is so awesome. Many thousands of miles later I still ride my bike as often as I can. The store is great. You can see all the bikes and discuss all their features. Mike is amazing. I can honestly say Aviva Bikes rocked my world and changed my life.

I would give him less he told me to throw away a thousand dollar scooter and then call me twice back talking crap too me Michael was his name horrible person I didn't even step foot in the store this was Thur the phone
