What a great ride! We contacted them ahead of time to learn about taking e-bikes to Prudence Island for the day. They gave us great info and took our reservation. Absolutely the BEST bicycle shop I can review. Owners Mark and his wife ( I’m so sorry, name escapes me) were polite, informative and patient. Excellent experience! Recently purchased an e-bike here. Mark and Robin made the experience a breeze! Mark took the time to educate me on e-bikes and help make my decision easy. He also let me test ride a few bikes to find the perfect one. Robin was great at walking me through the rebate process through RI. Look no further for your bicycle needs in the area.

Mark and Robin showed us what the best customer service looks like, we left there feeling like we made some new friends. My boyfriend bought a beautiful Aventon e-bike from them and I was pleased to hear how informed both Robin and Mark were on the bikes. Originally inquired by email and they were very responsive. I Stopped in the next day to check out the a bike and they were very helpful and patient in helping me decide on a bike that fits me perfectly. Ultimately ended up with the best bike i’ve ever owned! Mark and Robbin are amazing people and I can tell they love what they do. Thanks again! Also they have top of the line rentals that are so comfortable and easy to ride at a fair price! Bristol is beautiful so stop in and check them out!
