I purchased the CC60 in May 2025 from Costco. The bike was easy to assemble with clear instructions and videos if desired. My only concerns? The front tire was perhaps half inflated out of the box and appears to have a slow leak as I have had to fill it twice now sine assembly. I’ve also had to adjust the derailleur a couple times already as it seems to be stubborn shifting from 4th to 3rd. Otherwise, I love the ride and pleased with my purchase.

Will not sell you a charger unless you have the original receipt and you are the original owner. I purchased my bike from a freind and the charger end was crushed - now this bike is a paperweight since EBGO used a fairly uncommon connector. Excellent way to push a customer away by refusing to sell them product. Luckily your customers can be smarter than your business model and rig up a charger to work in the meantime while I wait for Chinese parts. Support Canadian!

I bought the cc47 from Costco in June 2021. I absolutely love it. I have over 500 km on it so far. Battery is great. I did over 120 km with assistance (3 different adventures) on 1 charge. 2 of my friends have bought the same bike this spring and my husband bought the cc48. They are all as happy as I am. Customer service is fantastic. My headlight died at 300 km,they sent a new one immediately. In the fall, I received an email reminding me how to take care of my battery during winter! Great ...

My experience with Ebgo Electric bikes has been very positive. Ordering and shipping was quick and easy (I ordered mine through Costco). The bike did arrive with a small dent and paint chip on the rear rack. I notified the Company right away and they shipped me a replacement rack immediately.
