I ordered a bike on July 24, 2025 and got an email the next day that my order was cancelled and will not be shipped. However, they have charged and posted the full amount on my credit card statemement. Furthermore, there is no easy way to reach out to customer service as there is no email address, the live chat does not works and redirects you to a FAQ page and tried calling for 40 minutes and they have put me on hold. There is simply no way to reach out to customer service. Disappointing.

I needed a new seat post for my Sequoia. I called SPECIALIZED in SAB and Vincent helped me out with all the necessary details. What a great bunch! I have had my bike for almost 20 years. Works like a charm . Merci beaucoup les gars !
