We visited over the long weekend last month, and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful—even letting us use the bikes beyond the time limit. We truly had an unforgettable time, and the views were phenomenal. They honestly deserve more than 5 stars! We’ll definitely be back and use their service again. To the lady and gentleman who helped us—sorry, we forgot your names—but thank you so much for your kindness and warm hospitality.

E-bike rentals were only in one brand/style of bike and ready for us on arrival. They were flexible with our arrival time. The owners of business helped with all details to fit the bikes to our various heights and to instruct us on use, including the throttle feature. We practiced on the large grass area. Easy bike pick up/drop off and the owners of the business give you a good rundown of the island and a recommended itinerary with a map for your bike trip. However, you have the freedom to go and do as you please within the timeframe. Everything is explained, helmets are provided, and you are able to test the bikes in the parking lot before heading out. This has been the best tour of our trip! We did a 3.5 hour e-bike tour all through farming lands and cute towns. We tasted maple syrup, berries, chocolate, wine and charcuterie. It has been the highlight of our trip. We loved the e-bikes because you can make it as easy or difficult as you’d like. Our tour guide was wonderful and shared many interesting facts about the area.

Our family of 3 rented the e-bike from Quebec Adventure Tour while visiting the city. It was the best decision we made! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the bike was well maintained. The staff provided multiple stops suggestions and each of them showcase distant aspects of the island from charming shops, breath taking scenery, to a tranquil retreat house. Ended with a winery visit and felt recharged from every day life. Highly recommended!
