Ordered a part from Lessard. Initially had a bit of a mixup but the guys were very helpful and responsive in addressing it. Top quality customer service.

I agree with another reviewer. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to assist me with my purchases. I would definitely shop here again.

I was stuck in Quebec City in July 2025. My back bearings failed. The mechanic here fixed them and they worked wonderfully and still great. I'm addition he took me home for a steak dinner and a place to stay because I had nowhere to stay that night. Thanks Lessard cycle and the mechanic and his wife whose names I failed to remember.

Great shop, excellent selection of parts and had something very unique that I was looking for. Was not able to ship to my location in Canada (Remote Northern) but had the support of the shop to have it shipped to a friend instead.
