I blew out a spoke on my way into Quebec. Emy from the back shop was extremely helpful. Had a rocky checkout experience picking up my replacement rim; however, they made up for it by allowing me to use their wheel jig to make sure my wheel was trued up before pushing on towards Montreal.

It's the third time that I have gone to this shop to fix my bike and I always had good feedback. This time I was really impressed by Yann that served me also if near the closing time. He was really professional, with many years of experience in 2 seconds he found the problem and he solved it, honest prices and time of waiting, really competitive. I'm lucky to live in the same neighbour

Excellent customer service for an online order. They did not have the exact color of the item that I had ordered but they reached out within 24h to provide an alternative. Delivery was very quick and the packaging was very well done to ensure the safety of the item. I highly recommend!

This review is for the online store. Customer service and communication is EXCELLENT. I ordered an EVOC backpack online, shipping was quick to Vancouver, price was excellent - well below others. Incorrect item was delivered so I emailed them and got a fast response the next morning apologizing for the error and with a UPS return label. That same day (a Friday) UPS shows up to my door to collect it - WOW! I’d assumed I’d have to drop off the return at a UPS location. Blown away by the service...
