Cycle Paul

The staff was very friendly when I bought the bike, but the after-sales service is extremely disappointing. My bike is only 3 months old, and the front tubeless tire went flat after a few rides. The shop said the tire sealant is a “consumable” and not covered by warranty, and they repaired it without my permission before telling me the cost. By their logic, I would have to spend $240 a year just replacing sealant! Well, here is for people who don’t mind throwing money away.

I took my bike in to fix skipping of gears on the rear derailleur and also for a tune-up. The shifting works great now and bike rides like a champ! I appreciated the staff answering questions I had, being a relative newbie at fixing my bike. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting quality service by knowledgable people. Update: Also had a bike fitting done here and Pierre-Paul did an amazing job setting up the bike to my needs!

The staff at Cycle Paul are amazing. They take the time to talk to you with no hard sale pitch. I had them adjust the gears on my touring bike which I installed trekking handlebars. The estimate was $150 but only charge around $45 plus taxes. They told me it only took 30 minutes not the 1,5 hours estimated. I was shocked and now they have a customer for life. I have also told many cycling friends about this. Thank you Cycle Paul!

What an awesome team! Great people that know bikes and treat customers with kindness and respect! They will build service and or sell you the bike of your dreams
