I purchased an emmo zone gts from this store last June. Then the bike was banned in quebec so it sat in my parking spot for a couple of weeks. Went to charge the batteries and it wouldn't. I called the store to get it fixed but due to the ban I gave them a break. They told me they couldn't do anything at that time and told me to call when they get the truck out of storage so they can pick it up. Very nice and patient staff. Prices are fair and the service is fast. If you have any problems with e-bike they are 100% recommended. They also provide different variety of e-bikes and e-motors.

This repair shop has some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They sold me batteries for my bike and was super friendly in person.
