Wanted to buy a helmet after looking at a bike I was considering buying. Was shown around the store everywhere *except* where the helmets were. I even saw them on display when I was leaving but couldn't be bothered to go back. I was 100% planning on leaving with a helmet, so I bought one the same afternoon elsewhere. Great service from the whole team at Motoplex Mirabel. I was taken care for delivery by Eric at their dealer and served by Nathan and Karl, make sure though that you read all of your contract. The anti-theft marking which they kept tell me was 'included', actually ended up costing me $639.00 on the final contract! so make sure if you go there, you make it clear what it is you want and don't want in terms of options if you finance.

2nd purchase with motoplex. Got my Overland 1000 and my RMAX4 1000 with Dayle. And the delivery was done with Eric at motoplex Mirabel. Super service and clean store always goes a long way in the customer experience.

STAY AWAY!! terrible place overall!! I bought a atv from them that I had to put another 2k to get it fixed..they told me it was in perfect shape!!that they just changed the oil and it was false cause the oil was black!! Battery dead..and missing pieces!! What a mistake!!
