They don't want to sell electric bikes... I called them three weeks ago about several electric bikes and scooters, and the response was, "Send me your request by email"... I did that immediately, and two weeks later, still no response... So I called again, and again they told me they would reply by email... And still nothing... So, these are retailers who don't want to sell, that's for sure! I'm going to look elsewhere, to professionals.
Excellent service, the attendant was competent, polite, and kind; I wish them good success.
The electric bike is freedom for everyone.
