I’m rating on the service we got from Jamal. We just bought a foldable e-bike and Jamal took his time to set it up as well as set up rear rack. Excited to ride my new bike this weekend.

My bike's pedal fell off on a ride in Laval (my fault, I must have not properly secured it). Thinking EcoBike was a standard bike repair shop (they are an e-bike seller), I walked over. Jamal went out of his way to help me, saving me a long trip home. I cannot speak to their e-bike offering, but left very impressed with their customer service (and Jamal's kindness). Thank you!
