Amazing friendly and highly knowledgeable people. They diagnosed the issues with my E-trike, gave advice, took the time to explain what was fixed and made sure everything was in order. A+++ for support and service. I highly recommend.

My frame crack on my trailer comfort and I contacted them and they said it's not our fault and they would not send me another frame for my bike I just had to suffer with it while the train I ended up going four times in 2 years

Sent me a box with a trike, and a trash bag full of nuts and bolts, without a basic parts list, or the "factory assembly instructions" mentioned on their own website. Getting ahold of them is near impossible. Best avoided.

If i could give a zero star I would. They sold me a defective trike, and refused to fix it or full refund. They called me a liar, even after I sent back the defective control box to be tested. They even agreed it was defective, yet still tried to get more money out of me. Avoid them.

We dealt with Mendy, he was a pleasure to deal with. Went out of his way to exceed our expectations, will definitely be back again!
