I emailed some questions and the owner replied quickly, even though it was in the evening. I then bought the bike online and received it promptly. It's important to have service and parts available in Quebec. I'm happy with my bike.

I bought my electric bike last month and I'm very happy with it. It's sturdy, lightweight, foldable (if needed), and very well-made. The after-sales support is excellent. My only complaint is that I would have liked a small user manual.
