Online Buyer Beware! Ordered a part 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have tried calling many times and no-one picks up the phone. I have had 1 email saying it will "arrive tomorrow" which was over a week ago and haven't been able to get any more information. I am not sure if this is down to incompetence or if it's a scam. Either way I have to get my credit card to reverse the charges as I can't even get ahold of the company for a refund.

I just bought the E-BIKE TAURUS 72 black today. I was happy the person who’s been nice and I was able to communicate in English. This store is great I was sketchy at first but then I ordered some parts for my electric motorcycle and took about two weeks, then on the second order it came amazingly fast within seven days, coming from Canada to California. They’re great in communicating with customers. I will be buying more parts for my motorcycle.

*UPDATE I finally received my parts on the day i was told the last call. All parts seem great, pricing is good, service was professional and helpful. I did put the order in on a tuesday(closed day) but took 11 days to arrive. Shipping was the only small downfall. I bought some parts for my sons ATV online, never got a tracking#. I bought 2 ATVs for my kids last summer. The kids have been riding them non stop for the last 5 months. I changed oil and 1 spark plug so far. I returned to the store. The owner gave me a new bulb to replace and a gasket free of charge. These are good price/quality products. Very happy so far. Best present for your kids.
