Great service! I walked in with my bike and after explaining the issues, they took a look and started working on it right away. As someone who is new in the world of biking, while working on my repairs he took the time to explain and teach me some stuff, which was really appreciated. Will definitely be going back with any other problems or for basic maintenance.

Called in the morning to ask for a specific bike, woman tells me they have it. Spent almost 40 bucks on uber for them to tell me they dont knownwhay im talking about. Service in store was terrible.

5 stars? More like 10! The quality of service is exceptional at this family run store. I keep coming back here for anything I need. Anthony and the owner (and also the others there) are super helpful. Unlike some other stores they go the extra mile (km?) and make little extra adjustments and fixes for you, and don't even charge you! They spend all the time with you until your questions are answered and you are 100% satisfied (unlike other bike shops). I don't know of any store in any industry...

I bought a hybrid bike here at a reasonable price and received friendly service. I returned a week later for repairs after a minor collision. The repairs were done in a timely fashion and the fee was waived and counted as an in-warranty service call. I found that to be a great way to treat a customer and gain loyalty. I will definitely return for all of my cycling needs.
