I made an appointment with Ted, to look at an ebike, he was there before I was. He assessed the bike within minutes to tell me what it needed & offered to fix it the same day!! He also provided me with information about how to maintain the bike. I am more than happy with his service & will definitely be back!! Highly recommend!!

We arrived on vacation in PEI when I noticed my tubeless tire was flat. I decided to try Ted’s Bicycle Studio, to see if they had some tire sealant. On vacation in PEI we ran into an issue with our e-bikes Ted and his mechanics were able to solve the issue and had us back on the trails the same day. Carter was so helpful and patient. I was a bit indecisive, but he never made me feel like I was a bother. I was also thankful to find a nice e-bike, at a reasonable price, with the features I like a little late in the season. Was on a week long bike tour through Nova Scotia and around P.E.I. and had to get my wheel trued and a couple spokes replaced. Ted's not only helped me out right away, they went above and beyond to make sure my wheel was perfect.
