Great place to be an E-Bike. Joanne found the bike that fits her perfectly. They took the time to let her try as many bikes as she wanted until she found one that she liked. The new owner Steve is great to deal with and Alex their service tech was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was good to go on her bike. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I highly recommend them.

I didn’t know anything about scooters except I needed one. They had about 20 in stock and spent 30 minutes going over the details and what would be best for me. I got to test drive them. The parking lot. They weren’t pushy at sales and helped me make my decision.

I would not buy a bike from them again I bought two and my first one was under warranty and it quit working they do not stand behind their stuff push it off till the warranties not good anymore

Alex told me he would look at my bikes, but it’s gonna be approximately a month so I reached out to him after that month and he said that he cannot work on them. he said the parts are too hard to find so I told him OK I will just pick up my bikes I told him I was very unhappy with what he told me and he never looked at my bikes, even to determine what part it might need at the end of our phone conversation. This is a great place to learn and purchase an E-Bike! I purchased my second e-bike from Ritchie and was given excellent service by both he and Alex, including extra basket and rack at no extra cost and an additional battery to enable me to ride longer distance. I recommend them to any who are looking for a first e-bike experience among the many sellers locally and on-line. It pays to purchase from a local retailer who gives good follow-up service!!
