PRO BIKE+RUN Monroeville

I called about a specific gravel bike and spoke to Ben and he was very personable on the phone and said the bike would be ready to check out if I wanted to come in the following day (since they were closing for the day.) I stopped in the next day and met Ben. He was totally knowledgeable of not only the particular bike I was looking to buy but of the industry as a whole and the competitors. He answered every question well and stayed with me through the entire process. Totally good experience...

Having just moved from North Hills to Penn Hills, I was happy to find more friendly and great service at Monroeville, just like we had at North Park. They got it finished about 5 days before the anticipated date and really took the time to make sure everything was as I needed it. Got in a great, unexpected ride at Boyce because of it!

Love this store. The staff is so very knowledgeable and always puts my daughter and I in the best shoe for our needs. I was having terrible hip problems and the staff fit me with a shoe that now has taken all my pain away. They fit my daughter with a Brooks running shoe so that she no longer gets shin splints. Great great staff.

Steve & his crew in the service department always do a great job with any repair. Fairly big build done quickly and professionally. Plus they are fun group to chat with.

I walked into the store not knowing what kind of bike I wanted but knew my price range. Christian was able to direct me right to the bikes that would be best for what I was looking to do and didn’t try to oversell anything. Both bikes that he suggested were actually in still in the box, but they were able to build both bikes for me to try out. I went with the first one they built which was extremely quick. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and Christian was awesome! A+ experience
