100/10!!!! Ordered bikes delivered right to our hotel! One time, convenient, friendly, well educated. Bike, battery, charger, bike lock and helmet all included!!! Gave us tips on riding the area (our first time in Erie). “Conserve enough battery at the end of the day to assist riding up the hill out of Presque Isle State Park!” 👍🏻 Rode for almost 6 hours NO ISSUES! Plenty of battery to get us back to the hotel. Probably 20-30 miles round trip for the day. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good excellent work brought my double seater bike in and was very cheap ....very fast.. efficient work...very nice customer service everything you want in customer service savedd alot of stress trying to do by myself I recommend anyone who has a flat tire or just need accessories I would go there in my experience was A++

Feeling relief at finding a good shop and an ebike I feel confident and happy with. I was able to test ride it which helped. The guys there were kind, very helpful / knowledgeable, and also gave me the space to think about it, ask questions and make the decision without any sort of pressure. I had an amazing experience yesterday with the Lake Erie eBike shop. I brought my mountain bike in to be repaired. The bike was completely unrideable with many broken parts on it when I brought it in for repairs. The mechanics replaced all the bad parts and got my bike riding better than the day I bought it, also they replaced a bald tire.I was in and out the same day. They transformed my dilapidated bike into one that's ready to tackle the pavement! The staff was knowledgeable and provided their expertise when I had to choose among various upgrades. Also, they had everything in stock that I needed - a huge plus nowadays. A month later my bike still rides like new and I've had no problems. I'd recommend this place.
