South Mountain Cycle

Please read and save your time and aggravation. I had dropped my bike of at south mountain cycle to get serviced. Fast forward Derrick calls me back 3 weeks later. Saying he doesn't want to work on my bike.That is too much than he thought it was and said take it someplace else . I asked him, what's wrong with it? And said, get your bike out of here and threatened to throw out my bike. Then, he gives the phone to scott and tells me to get your bike out of here.We don't want to want it here. Wh...

Incredible service! I needed help putting new pedals on a bike. I walked in, and I was helped right away, I was in and out in five minutes! There was no charge, but I did give the person working on my bike a tip! Absolutely a great place!

5Apr23, I've never rode a bike before. Derek got me sized up, got the accessories I needed, gave me a few tips. It could not have been a better experience. Update 13Aug23: Derek checked my bike once over before first triathlon, just 4 months after learning how to ride a bike. There's comfort in knowing you have the right equipment for you and it will work right. He explained the cross chain noise, gave me information on using my gears. Always very helpful and knowledgeable about their bikes that they sell and always willing to pick up and deliver for free my E bike when it needs servicing. It’s excellent bike shop. It’s like going into the old-time bike shops where everybody’s very personable and willing to help you. i’ve purchased two bikes from them. They are fantastic at helping you out.

I couldn’t convince my 6-year-old to ride the bike our friend gave her—she was hesitant. So I called the store to check inventory and went in. The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable—best customer experience! Just 2 hours later, here she is, confidently riding over bumps and loving it. Thank you!
