I’m disappointed with my experience at this shop. I purchased an Aventon Soltera 2.5 on July 26, and only later discovered a $42.93 fee for using a credit card—something that was never clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Within just two weeks, I had issues with the bike and had to bring it back for repairs. Shopping at Max’s for our new e-bike was so easy! Sales person had answers for all our questions, let us test ride as many bikes as we wanted until we decided on one, prices are great, and you can ride away with one same day if you want - no assembly needed!
