The staff at this store treated me with respect and kindness. I feel that the Precaliber Bike that I purchased for my grandson is a very good value for the money. There are cheaper bikes out there, but I'm sure this will be well worth the extra money spent in terms of dependablitiy and quality!

Allysa was amazing! She didn't push for the sale she just showed us what they had and answered all of our questions. She even had the repair guy go over the bike before we left and she had the kickstand put on for us. Great customer service. She was available and kind and helpful but not pushy or overly talkative. And best of all...I love my new bike!

I had to stop there on a sunday for just a a simple tire repair. But they were so nice and informative about some of the new models of bikes and Tim the technician even fixed my glasses. Just great friendly customer service.
