Disappointing experience as a buyer. Original owner seemed helpful and outgoing. New leadership, Rob, not the case. Couldn't be more unaccommodating and customer centric. With many other choices for local bike shops that have a customer service mentality before and AFTER the sale, for our family, this was not the place. Rob is the only person I trust in the area to give me quality, honest work with upfront pricing. I have never felt taken advantage of and his work is quick and impeccable. He teaches me something new about my bike and other bikes every time I come in-they aren’t just a bike shop—they’re a place to come learn and grow more passionate about your bike and getting outdoors and riding!

This is an amazing bike shop first and foremost. The owner and employees there are very attentive but not to over barring. They are there to serve but not to sell you on what they want you to buy. Ask questions and try to direct you in what would work best for you. Bought a few parts and my grandsons bike from owner Rob. He is very knowledgeable and a true rider. Bought a bike today (plus a lock and extra part for my bike rack) and had a great experience. Rob was knowledgable, friendly and gave me time to try out the bikes and think about my decision. Good inventory and gave me tips for preventing theft. Rob even helped me set up my new bike rack, which was a really kind gesture! Overall great shop with good people working there.

I purchased my first montain bike her and Rob has been super helpful at answering all my questions, speedy maintenance and handling my random requests. Prices are very reasonable too.
