Cutters Bike Shop

I just started getting back into cycling over the past couple months. I've stopped by Cutters three times now - once for for a tune up, and two more times to buy some miscellaneous gear. Someone has been quick to help each time I've stopped by! Super friendly people, never in a rush to sell you anything you don't need. I feel lucky to have a bike shop like this practically down the block from me!

This is a WONDERFUL bike shop! I rented a gravel bike there three weeks ago, road the D&L trail and (through no fault of Cutters) got bit by a dog. I returned to the shop and they took great effort to clean put my wound - multiple alcohol wipes and cleaning further with more alcohol. These folks really cared about my welfare. Would rent again from them in a heartbeat.

I had a great experience with cutter bike shop and will certainly be coming back! The awesome staff members were able to fit me in quickly for a repair and took the time to explain why I was having issues with my bike. Can’t recommend them enough!

Lisa and the rest of the team are great. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, but also they are all very friendly! Upon moving to the area, I sampled a variety of bike shops, and this is the best one I've encountered so far. I came in not knowing much about bikes, and they answered all the questions I had (even the basic ones). I visited the store multiple times before making a decision and never felt pressured. Very helpful, there was a miscommunication between Vintage &shop but all is well. My bike wasn't completely put together, the extras were not put on the bike , they just did the basics. Not what I ordered.??? But I'm satisfied. Could have been better or worse.
