Very helpful. We were shopping for ebikes and they were able to answer all of our questions with answers that moved our decision making process in a positive manner. We did make a purchase and are very happy with it. Later when we needed a bike rack to transport it, we bought a Thule from them, and again they were right on the money with their recommendations. Highly recommended, and will definitely be back for service and future needs.

The team at Trek Bicycle Beaver have been so helpful on every occasion we have been in the shop. They go out of their way to offer excellent service. One day we stopped for a quick fix and they helped us before they were actually open for the day. We would recommend them for all of your bicycle needs.

The pre-Spring maintenance prices are great and the service was excellent. I had new handlebars installed that, of course, required moving a lot of controls. The shop did a terrific job quickly. I have taken my 2nd bike in for routine maintenance and will soon be taking a 3rd. I'm very pleased with the staff and quality of service at Trek of Beaver. Highly recommended.
