I trust that I will they will provide me w ongoing support as needed. The quality of their product line is terrific. They went above and beyond my expectations to help me get the best bike for my use.

Anthony and the team were extremely helpful and took the time to walk me through all of my questions without any pressure to buy. It’s clear they truly care about bikes and the cycling community, not just sales. Even though there are several Trek stores closer to me, I drove over an hour to visit this location and it was completely worth it. The customer service alone sets this store apart.

Kyle did a solid job helping me pick out my first bike, the Trek Domane AL 4 Gen 2. He walked me through the gear I needed to start riding right away and gave me honest advice about what to upgrade down the road once I get more miles in. Straightforward, attentive, and easy to talk to. He understood what I was looking for and made the whole process smooth. Really satisfied with the experience.

Incredible service! Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a bike, especially if it’s their first time. They really helped me with my bike selection as well as made sure the toddler seat attachment was secure and the helmet a perfect fit for my 2 year old. They even delivered the bike to our house so we could enjoy biking during a great weather weekend! Thank you for the gorgeous bike and great shopping experience.

I just want to share my great experience at Trek Bicycle; the man there, I didn't catch his name but probably the owner, was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I am just an amateur knowing very little about biking but needed a helmet after receiving a new bike. He helped me try on several, evaluated them for fit, and trouble-shooted to identify one that fit my head properly and safely. Then, he was kind enough to offer me a great deal.
