Chris and his crew are all very cycling knowledgeable and they were very helpful in giving me the information I would need to make the right decision on my bike purchase. They also were very helpful in making sure I had all the accessories I would need if I would need to do any roadside repairs if I were to get a flat. In the market for a full suspension mountain bike so I visited Trek bicycle shop in lake Oswego. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Chris and the team at the Lake Oswego Trek shop were amazing and so helpful when I came in to look for a new e-MTB. I was able to take my time looking around and test riding. Chris happily answered all my questions and really made me feel welcomed! I would highly recommend this shop if you're in the market for a new bike or anything bike related! He was a great communicator and kept me in the loop about the process.
