These guys are awesome, they know their limits and don't overextend themselves on products and systems they haven't worked on before. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of courtesy they showed and how they handled themselves. I recently took my 35 year old Alan, Carbon fiber bike, into the Trek store on 82nd Ave, feeling that it was time for bike to be rebuilt. Alan was the first company to successfully weld carbon fiber to aluminum, so the frame is fairly unique. I acquired the frame in 1990 and have put thousands of miles on it! Again these guys rock. Called looking for a tool, the tool had to ordered. Instead they had me come and they tightened what needed tightened. Out the door in less than 10 minutes. They are professional and polite. Love this shop.
