The person on the phone upon my asking if they carry solid single-piece crankarms I was told, "That's not how bikes work, sir." Yeah? Then what is in the photo!? Maybe YOU should learn how a bike works then you can lecture people about HOW a bike works! Anyway, I bought the part on Amazon. Great bicycle shop for buying or servicing your bike, conventional or electric. I had good conversation with service guy when buying some bike parts. There is parking on the street up front.

Gresham Bike Shop is a great place. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Every time we are there I see kids bringing their bikes in for parts, repair, or advice. We go there every couple of months for parts and repair for my son’s BMX bike (that he purchased there), and sometimes other family members’ bikes. All of the staff there have a desire to help and teach kids how to care for their bikes, I’d even say they mentor young bike riders by giving and expecting respectful interactions. ...

For the second time I brought in a wheel from my wife`s bike with a flat. And once again they had it fixed and me back out the door before my 15 minute parking limit ran out. The price was more than reasonable. Plus they are just nice people!

I had a great experience there, they had a great inventory and all the prices were more than fare. Everyone was so helpful with information and the part I needed. They even gave me some free parts to help. I even got some new bike building ideas too.
