Bought a Hero ebike from these guys 15 months ago, 400 miles of hard use on the Oregon Beach (sand and salt) bike has been excellent. I have replaced some parts due to saltwater corrosion not the bikes fault. I have received excellent customer service and support from them. They have been great for upgrades and needed parts.
