Went in for a tube replacement for my scooter. I specifically said I didn't want a tubeless tire, the employee there said they'd have to order the tube so it would take about a week. I waited two weeks. I finally got a call saying it was finished, and the man over the phone said "and if you could do cash that would be great". Bought my first e bike here. I have nothing but positive things. The service operators are friendly, the part and labor prices are VERY reasonable, and the bike is QUICK- I mean I’m passing everybody on campus left and right it MOVES. Gets up to 25 sometimes without even pedaling. At a grand, this thing is the ultimate city mover. No regrets buying at this shop. This is not any paid promotion, just thought I’d share my experience. Also they have a great warranty.

Excellent buying experience. I'm new to ebikes and needed one with certain specs. He order me a bike which I had to return the same day for lack of power. No problem, we tried a second and it met my needs. I felt like I was amongst friends, I needed a tile but didn't have the money with me. They installed it and said just come back whenever and pay.
