I have had a great experience so far. Just got my E-ride Pro SS 2.0 . I am super happy this bike is an absolute blast. Can't wait to get out more . Now my friends have to get down here and buy their own. Update 6-15-25. I have since went back and got a bike for my son and had Jeremy do some upgrades on my eride pro 2.0 ss . Beyond happy with everything I have done here!! Thank you!! AGAIN!! Looking forward making memories this summer Still making memories almost a year now

Jeremy & Tom are amazing human beings! We had such a small job for them to help fix issues with my kids' beloved Razor scooter... 1000% below their skill level and worth of time. But after countless YouTube videos I was more confused and the Razor website listed them as a resource. Jeremy was unbelievably kind and patient and helped this mom out! This is a no bullshit review these guys ordered me the new ventus one + That no one else could get me in the timeline that I needed it. They went above and beyond the communication throughout the delivery was on point, and then they hooked me up with a heavy duty hitch mount to haul it on my four Runner for hunting. These guys are awesome. I will continue to do business with them. No question.

They charged me $45 for a tire change, and did not tell me, they are very unprofessional down there and it is super messy and they will leave your stuff outside. They take forever to fix your stuff it took them over a month to fix something I could do in a day
