Our bike came fuly assembked and when I told the owner I might have my grand kid on the back he made sure he installed some foot pegs for me. Excellent price and customer service. If You want a place to purchase a great bike this is the place!

Bought a 20x4 tire from them, owner was not in as he was attending a gun show. Was told it was a general tire as they didn't have their all terrain options in stock and was charged $80. I was really hoping for top-notch service when I purchased my Aima Santa Monica from Northwest Electric Bikes in Albany, Oregon. While I absolutely love the bike, the experience with the shop itself has been frustrating. They charge a few hundred dollars more than buying online, justifying it as a service benefit. Great bikes and great service! Easy fixes, you will usually get your bike back that same day, something a little more the next day. Prices are fair from my experience with other shops. The owner is a really nice guy and very easy to work with. Communication is straight and precise. Which as a business owner myself I value very much. I take all my e-vehicles here and will continue in the foreseeable future and I suggest you do as well!
