Bought the Dalat V1, amazing, fast bike with an array of safety and security features! Very comfortable to ride with features that most Ebikes do not come with! Love the security alarm and signal lights! Their customer service is excellent! Highly recommend buying your Ebike from TN Ebikes!

Terrible service and even worse customer service. I paid $120 for a tire change that ended up causing me even more problems. I went back to talk to them because I only used the scooter a month after the service, and a major issue appeared in the same tire they worked on. They said I was lying about it. I don’t recommend this shop. Take your scooter to a place that takes customers seriously.

Excellent experience! Bike was as expected! The turn signals are a game changer! I am a first time ebike user and Nam was very thorough explaining the mechanics and was kind enough to drop off the bike. He really exceeded my expectation. Awesome awesome experience! Will definitely recommend!
