What an amazing group of people. Brought my Segway scooter in because it wasn't working, same-day service, they found a small issue, checked and fixed a couple other things, and cost was surprisingly low. HIGHLY recommend, AWESOME experience.
I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with Segway of Ontario. Jason and his staff have always been incredibly kind, supportive, and genuinely helpful every time I’ve stopped by. They’re very generous with their time and really know their products — the level of customer service they offer is unmatched. If you’re in the market for a scooter or need service, I highly recommend checking them out. You’ll be taken care of from start to finish!

I am really very happy with my purchase and with the attention I received from Jason. I highly recommend this store. They are very prof...

Then I rode the scooter I noticed the noise was still there and there was another noise now too. I had to take apart the rear fender and found they had left the screw loose ...
